Yes,i want to buy a federation signet staff from somebody. I have seen the going price around 50k for an unused one. So i was looking around that price range.

If you have a used one, I'd be willing to buy that as well, as long as it has more 10 charges or more. We can negotiate a price on the used one or on a new one.
