i need to know what exactly i must do to get guild points for cooking, i want to work on raw fish handling so i can one day make sole sushi for myself. so please post it up

Guild points for cooking? Simple... there is an NPC outside the cooking guild in Windy, talk to her, she'll tell you what item it is you need to trade to her. Buy some or cook, trade it, and bingo, guild points ^^ And make sure you check the limits, cause you can only turn in so many of each item.

Raw Fish Handling is a key item...If you do not have it, you can not synth sushi...You get an error message (I am not sure what the message it, though). By the way, that is true of all the guild key items - I believe each guild has 2 of them now...if you do not have the key item, you get an error message and are not allowed to synth the item.
You also need to be lvl 28 cooking and taken the test to do the guild point things.
as for the DRK AF hands. find a map at mysterytour and wander around for hours (minutes if you are lucky) looking for the coffer at the spawn points. All you need is sneak and if you don't have /whm15, then buy some silent oils. EN coffer is the worst, just be patient.

ok yeah i just got to lvl 31 cooking yesterday. btw the how many guild points do i need for raw fish handling?
yeah im sure i could find the coffer myself i need the coffer key tho, that requires fighting some lvl 60+ mobs to get it

I think it's either 20k or 30k points. The same NPC who you trade the items to for points sells the guild items, so browse through the list when you get a chance and you'll see.
Once you join a guild, you can look at what you can buy with guild points...even if you don't have guild points. So talk to the cook standing outside the guild wearing the cooking hat. It will take you a while, since guild points are limited to so many a day, but good luck, and it is worth it!
