And I'm not saying "drugs are bad, mmkay". I'm actually for the legalization of marijuana, 'cause as much as I dislike potheads, I absolutely despise the police. I also hate the tobacco industry, and marijuana isn't as bad for you as cigarettes are. Marijuana even has some health benefits.
I guess it's not stoners I have a problem with per se...it's the people who think they're cool because they smoke, and have to let the world know about it. People who put marijuana references in their character's name (I can only imagine how many people would have "420" in their names if FFXI allowed numbers in them).
Smoking marijuana is an enjoyable pasttime, but it does not make you cool.

I don't know if it means the exp requirements are reduced, but the same amount of total exp will be needed to reach level 75...or if just the amount of exp needed to go from 74-75 will be unchanged.
I haven't passed lvl 50 yet, so that's probably why I'm confused.

once you get lvl 51 its 10k for a lvl, 52 = 11k for a lvl so on and so forth, so now from what it looks like 8k for lvl 51 to 52 which is a 2k drop

The only health benefit of marijuana is as a pain-reliever for patients that have no chance of living. My mom used to work in a hospital and told me that they had a basement level for smoking. I dont mean to be a school councelor about this either, I've smoked pot and been ****-faced, I've smoked ciggarettes while messed up, as well. I try to present facts and experiences with people so that they can make thier own choices. Sometimes people just need to get thier feet wet before they can decide though, too bad wet feet can cause death. I was stupid enough to get in a car with a highschool student high on pot, while I was in junior high. I've also been in a car while the whole group in wasted on Everclear... it's not cool and not funny. Happy 4-20? Today I learned that one of my classmates -who was always failing, although I thought he was smart at his core- ran off campus today in order to evade the police, he was probably holding and probably going to be suspended. Not such a happy 4-20... I don't think that there is anything funny or cool about a "national pot-smoking day". I wish you all well, I hope you as well as your friend and family get home safe and sound.

I'm still not getting this 420 thing - I was thinking it was Earth Day or something LOL what is this 420?
It's like Earth Day in that it involves hippies.
But for some reason, stoners associate the number 420 with smoking pot, so on April 20th they smoke a lot of pot, and 4:20pm is considered the time of day to smoke pot.
Maybe it's got something to do with the number of brain cells they kill everytime they toke.

Nice explanation of it. I think its all kinda goofy, and the day has too many negative things associated with it to be all in fun (Hitler's Birthday, Collumbine, etc.) But hey, if they want to smoke I am not going to stop them or lecture them, its their life, just please don't do anything toooo stupid. >.>;
The original 4/20 was the date on which the growing season for vegetables begins. Basically, you grow herb on 4/20, hence the well... association with weed smokage.

Let us stoners be please! It doesnt effect anyone but us... I dont appreciate the lesson on how to live my life (Zidana) and dont wish bad things on us cuz YOU dont agree with it! I despise alcohol and all that comes with it, but I dont tell people who drink "I hate you and I hope you all die!" So please if you dont agree with it, cool, but let us have our fun... And driving with a stoner is nothing like driving with a drunk...

I really didn't want to get involved in this conversation, i really didn't.
Zidana, your comments throughout this post have been appalling. Your closemindedness and completely un-called for comments ~"4-20 is stupid i hope you all get hurt or die in some kind of "holiday" related accidents. no love for stoners."~ Well, frankly, the world needs far less of people like you.
Not saying people 'like you' should all get hurt or die in some kind of 'holiday' related accidents, but lets be honest here....the world would be a much friendlier place if people didn't wish death upon other people for something that is ABSOLUTELY none of their business. If someone wants to smoke pot, or do whatever, if it's not directly affecting you...noone cares WHATSOEVER what you think. I frankly lost all respect I had for you Zidana, all because of that one comment.
The funny aspect of all of this, is the generalization of everyone who smokes pot to be 'hippies', losers, lowlives, etc. Zidana, do you listen to music? Well, unless all you listen to is Gospel or Christian music, I can GUARANTEE you that alot of the songs that are probably your favorites, were written and performed while the artist was under the influence of something, often Marijuana. It's a fact, jack.
I'm not condoning the use of drugs. What I am condoning is the right of every person to do what they want to do, if the only person who it's affecting is themself. It's why laws such as the ones in the U.S that used to prohibit oral sex, or sodomy are completely outdated, unconstitutional and dumb. What people do in the privacy of their own home is their own business. If you prefaced your arguement with a statement such as - 'a stoned guy drove a car and someone I know was killed because of it' then yeah, you have more basis to your arguement. No matter whether it's alcohol or drugs, people who put others at risk with their actions should be dealt with accordingly. But what you've done is thrown everyone that might smoke pot into one big group and you've wished horrible death upon them.
I'm assuming, (and this isn't just to you Zidana) that those of your with your strong opinions of others are complete angels, and have never done anything wrong in your life. You live a perfect life and you are the epitome of how everyone should live. It's hard to believe that. So, in conclusion, I'd like to end this with a line quoted from a pretty famous guy from way back:
"Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone"
