Hi Ragnarok, just wanted to post this obvious message to players who are in need of help. There are a few things you should have ready if you expect to get some help from other players, as in the following example:

Genkei 1 paper run

so you need to get that paper and you decide to ask a thf (such as myself) for a little assistance. No problem, I personally love to help people out if I can. I'm not that advanced in the game and need help with quests/missions also, BUT here is where I may differ from some people. I bring my own methods of sneak/invisible! Wow! what a concept you say! "You mean we dont have to wipe out an entire pt by blindly running into aggro?" No! You sure don't:)

Moral of the story? If you need something get prepared, ask for help, heck maybe even a little reading here on ol' Allakhazam.

Sorry for the barrage of sarcasim, but this has happened to me many numerous times, and people wonder why no one helps anymore LMAO.

Well said Zefren.. That is one of the main reason why i couldnt be bothered helping lower level ppl anymore

i`d rather deleveling for ls than dieing when helping some random ppl because of some stupid reasons such as aggros, ppl dont listen, etc

When people need help, I require a few things. I don't ask for payment so the money they were willing to spend to get help from someone else can go towards the oils and powders that I want them to carry. I also ask that they bring a warp scroll or another means of getting back since I prefer to warp out when the deed is done.

I know oils and powders are quite expensive, but they can save your butt, even at lower levels. It's not a bad idea to keep some anyway, whether on your or in your mh. When I did that before I could sneak/invis myself, a stack would last me months.

As you have seen me fume in ls zef...good luck getting it to work. I still xp and see players not bring sneak/invis items and rely on the mages to keep them safe lol. But I like the post since it just oozes with sarcasm :E

I've been surprised lately at the 60+ levels. More and more people are being smart and bringing oils and powders. Got no problem with giving an initial sneak/invis. That's easy to do.

But... its not so easy to run around from person to person that needs sneak/invis and prey they keep safe. Eventually you have long distances to go to get to camps... and to rely on someone else for sneak/invis can raise the danger for you and them a great deal. You want to save xp? Bring oils+powders ^^ Its much safer for those cases when you can't be sneaked/invis'd real easily.
