Ok my fellow Ragnarokians, i never ever have ranted before but now i'm Pi$$ed. I appologize in advance for this but, since i started at my new college i have a very limited amount of play time. Now i understand that crap can hit the fan and that SE has had a great track record for the year that i have been playing. But the really aweful part is that i had just put together a sweet party. Ranger, Ranger, Ranger, Ninja, White Mage, and Black Mage (me). Now dont tell me those sweet Level 3 skill chains would have been to die for with a Blizzard III MB. I know that SE is prolly fighting the Bluse screen of death or some intern keeps tripping over the server wires... whatever it is its a rare occasion for FFXI. All I can say is Damn that party would have been sweet and I hope if they come online soon that everyone will be availible. In any case thanks for the rant and i hope they dont crash again or we might need to declare war on SE, I mean Bush did it for less right? (J/K to all you who give support, and no matter what we all support the troops anyways ^^)

Yeah. Nothing ever breaks eh? I'm sure your car never had a problem unexpectadly and had to be repaired.. Im sure your plumbing has never backed up. Im sure nothing wrong has ever happened to you unexpectadly.

Seriously, I can count the times this has happened on one hand. Sure it sucks, but it happens, no way around it, no matter how much money we give to SE. It'll be fixed and forgotten in no time, and then we can get back to complaining about putting together PTs and LFG and which jobs didn't receive which "deserved" updates the next go round.


All I can say is... OMG it MUST be teh gilsellerz!!! They're sabotaging our server!!! We're all doomed!!!! Only Oztroja and Ordelles will be functioning, and only for people with Chinese IPs!!!!


(no intention to insult Chinese people btw, but seriously, seems quite a few, if not the majority of RMTers are from China. I'm basing this assumption on how many of them have attempted to speak to me in Chinese, so... >.> Just wanted to throw out that disclaimer before anything ugly came about. On second thought, maybe I should just delete that last part. I'll give it a bit and see how it goes ><)

Well.. I'm connected in Sauromague Champagne, but I cannot zone out anywhere.. Garlaige is down, Meriphataud is down, Jeuno is down.. Gustav and dragon's aery is down.. There's people in boyahda and in Riverne site #B01... :/ There's around 600 people online.. The starter cities seem to be in tact, so if you got mules, go have fun chatting on them.

OMG, you're right! I bet that the gil sellers are causing most areas to be down while some areas with certain heavily camped NMs to stay on. Then they can camp with no competition for as long as they want. And they only let the server get back up when they're all filled up and need to go to the AH.

On the other hand it could be that someone just spilled some coffee onto the server.
