Hello guys
I really want to do Promyvion Holla but i have a problem... I can come only as a pld/war. I know that this can be a problem but it's the only way (for now) to do it asap.
I have 3 anima with me so i think that i can do my part well.
do anyone want to join (or just help me) ?

hmmm i think i'm in late for, isn't it? ; ;
How late are you generally on? I've been looking for people interested in doing this but the only people I ever find are people that assume the only way to do it is with Rangers and Summoners. The fact that you've already farmed your anima says something about your ability to plan so I'm game for helping you out. I can also get a few other people, but all this is completely dependent on time since I'm rarely able to get on before 11PM EST(including weekends). I have farmed up the anima already, and my Ranger friend wanting to do this has farmed them as well.

Send me a /tell sometime in game (Trobli). I'll see who all I can get to do this. I can bring a war/mnk or a war/thf. Yes I know those aren't the "ideal" jobs for promyvion, but I have farmed all 3 anima and I have capped marksmanship. I'll also should have full kampf gear by the end of the week. I've got a ranger friend with full anima as well wanting to do this. A healer and a couple nukers with anima and we're in business. If you know anybody interested talk it out with them. If necessary I can help them farm their anima.
Done basic 3 Proms as rdm & blm, which were ok at getting invites but both not on the "must have" list.
From my experience, many people raise new jobs just to get pt & pass prom. But b/c they rushed it, they in fact lack the skill for this job. I personally know that if I'm asked to take my whm(use for sub only) to prom I would probably perform hobbilbly b/c I dont have enough experience in main healing.
There's more than a few threads on the quest forum about prom too, that its good to have cookie cutter setup but not "must-have".
Long as people have proper equip, food, med, & even better Anima, things should work out w/o "best" pt setup.
There ARE 2 jobs I think are necessary through. One's whm(for raise) & rng(main or sub. need widescan to find the way).
Prom runs are all about sneaky IMO. Tried alliance a few times & never had good results. Small pt with smart ppl & someone(with widescan) leading the way does pretty much solves all before boss battle.
& as far as boss battle...long as ppl KNOW what to face & brought the right med, cake is the word.
Still remember the old days when cop first came out & prom causes nightmares. Think they are nerfed enough now that it really doesn't require that much to complete.

As I've done the level 30 promys as a THF, I am the self-proclaimed Master of Promyvion. ^_^
And the secret is anima. If you just take your time and farm anima for every party member, the bosses are pushovers. Each boss has (in my opinion) a different anima that works best against it:
Holla - Hysteroanima (to stop that damn sleepga/cursga/blindga/sleepga nonsense)
Mea - Psychoanima ('cause it hits hard and fast)
Dem - Terroranima (so you can make it run away while you take care of the mini-me's it spawns)
If you have enough anima, then as long as the people in your group are smart, you can have just about any pt composition you want.
Just remember to macro them, and use an annoying whistle <call> and annoying caps in your macro so everyone knows you're firing your anima. Only one anima works at a time, and the effects last for 20 seconds, so make sure you work out your order and timing before entering the battle.
