Where did it go? I remember there was a thread a while back with a link to a Japanese website that had a huge North American blacklist on it, which some Non-English players were on also, such as Japanese people who associate with 'foriegners.' Does anyone remember URL to this site? Because I can't find the thread for it, I want to see the list again to observe any changes to it.
