let's pretend Scorpy Harness sells for 6mil on ah, someone sitting in jeuno would have to sell it somewhere around 5.4mil so that the tax brings it up to around the harness' 6mil value. the seller only gets 5.4mil instead of the 6mil the harness is worth. sitting in rolanberry, there's no tax, so people put it up for 6mil and get 6mil.

i saw this on the way back to jeuno for the CN i thought it was a group of gilsellers chilln outside trying to get a stupid amount of gil for there goods, thats what i told my linkshell to "it must be gilseller meeting in rolanberry fields, theres about 100 chars out here selling stuff"

LOL, first time I ran into them, I was leaving Jeuno to escape the massive lag spike. My computer nearly threw up once I zoned in Rolanberry Fields and there was just this MASSIVE huge blue blob on the Radar.

As far as the MPK thing, would be kinda hard since a vast majority I've seen of them, they appear to be lvl 60+ and there aren't any regular mobs that will attack them, especially since they're all standing. Of course, it's been a week since I've got out to see them, that might have changed. I'll tell you what, though. If I ever find Peinx (Sells Shihei for 5k a piece/scammer) out there, him I will PK.

Generalized statements like this aren't true. Some of the bazaars in Rolanberry Fields do have items cheaper than AH listing. There is no "organization" for all the people that bazaar.

As far as dodging taxes yes that is true, which can result in lower prices (slightly lower) on items in bazaars, also the ability to "sell" more stuff at one time oposed to the AH 7 items for sale at a time. Also there was attempted MPK the other day, since I know. I was sitting down with my avatar and woke up without it standing and someone had cured me thankfully.

Yeah, it seems every time I go out there I see someone training gobs around there. I've gotten some good deals of some of the players too. I don't see why anyone would MPK them. It's definetly irresponsible at best as several people exiting Jeuno could be harmed by them. Anyways, I guess FFXI is just as riddle with jerks as the rest of the world.
