Ive read alla a few times but im still confused about Norg fame and thos Yag necklaces. Just alot of confusion. any ideas where to start?
If you're talking about the Ninja flag quest, you don't need any Norg fame for that. The quest is called Ayame and Kaede.
You only need Norg fame if you plan on doing the Ninja scroll quests, such as Utsusemi: Ichi. Turning in Yagudo necklaces is one of the popular ways of getting more Norg fame. Just keep checking on the price of riceballs at the Tenshodo in Lower Jeuno. I think ~160 for a riceball is enough fame to do the Utsusemi quest.

Giddeus is a good spot to do the Yag Necklack fighting, as it's the best place for drops I know of off hand. You might want to have some Goodiebags done first, as I think it's 4 Necklaces that the NPC will take @ a time.

Alright I heard the npc that i trade the necks to is in windwoods anyone remember the name?
The Bead Necklace Quest is Mihgo's Amigo and the NPC is Nanaa Mihgo. My Fav Lookup Method for Quests, is by Item, as the Database is pretty good at Associating Items to Quests / Missions.

Thanks i really didn't know it was a quest. But still another question Which nin magic scrolls are a must ? other than the one for shadows. I plan to use this only for a sub.

i know it take 120 zinc ores, thats 30 sets of 4

I've done the quest twice on the to characters that i have...Both times i did the yag necklaces, it's not the fastest way to do it...if i recall right, i did it 50+ times to get riceballs to 155 and was able to receive the quest...Gl
