Dynamis LS??Follow

Hey I know I am still kinda low to join a Dynamis LS but I would like to get names of some good ones. I want to join kinda now or soon (but not particpate in dynamis) so when I do get to level 70, I know the people that I party with. At the current rate I am leveling at I should be within 70 range within the next month if not sooner.

When do most Dynamis LS runs?
Requirements or LS webpages for these so I may read up on them?

I am not leaving my current LS at all but wouldn't mind being part of a Dynamis LS.
