I did something mean after having some excruciating pain this morning. I feel bad about it and anyone involved, I'd like to publicly apologize for being a jerk in a bad mood.

We all have our moments. Nothing to dwell on. :) At least you were a big enough person to apologize. I don't know what it was, but something tells me it's not as bad as you may think. It never is.
