It has been tested and proven in several cases that +CHR makes the debuffs stick. As you get to higher levels (I believe Heziki is 75 now) you need more +CHR. It's kinda proportional to your base. Why would a BRD want to trade his precious CHR for an extra 2.5 on requiem? Or maybe a tiny bit on elegy? Personally I would rather do anything to keep the songs landing.

This thread started about signa being too expensive. I was only stating that +CHR is a very good way to land debuffs. At higher levels you will need it to land songs more often. 8/8 staves cost a lot more than signa and you can't use them til lvl 51. I would recommend waiting on the staves until the amount of added effects from them is more than a couple of points and can justify the cost. But why trade the +CHR on songs against mobs for 2.5 extra requiem? I just don't understand. Good bye. Take care. See you again. Nice to meet you.
