Many of you might not know me too well but i will still post this here. I am retiring from FFXI forever. Now im not gonna make this into a FFXI is a stupid game thread. I enjoyed every minute i spent on this game. I met friends i will always keep in touch with, had many laughs and simillar hardships (AF armor notably). But through everything I had a blast.
As of late though the game is starting to lose the magic it once had. I just don't feel like fighting the same crab or lizard a bazillion times. I also am not enjoying the constant farming of gil i need to do to get some items i need. Also the game is just getting old to me.
Anyways i won't make this too long but i just wanted to say goodbye. I hope everyone still enjoys FFXI and may it have a long life ahead of it ^^

Sorry to see you go. It seems with the coming of the holiday season, there is a mass leaving of many good players. I guess if you are going to give it up, now would be the time though.
It does seem like a lot of people are going to be leaving. And most of the ones I've heard about are people who I've always heard to be good people and good players... Which is what we need more of not less of.
Though I myself have thought about quiting at one time or another. Just looking at the cost to level some jobs, it's just nuts and I don't want to think of how long some people must farm for gear.
It's sad to see you go, I've only heard good things about you so you shall be one of the ones leaving that is missed.

I thought you weren't able to play as often anymore... didn't know that you're quitting. Well, it was great levelling the last 3-4 levels with you, and you're definitely one of the better PLDs we've had the chance to party consistantly with.
Weren't you saying something about all of us walking around Port Jeuno when we finally reach 75?
