Strange apperatis..in DWFollow

I just spent about 100k and i got
16 chunks of cerment
12 rune arrows
1 fire cluster..

Anyone know the much 12 rune arrows go for?
I am guessing the cost of 99 divied by 99,They sell to npc for
1182 gil..
