I run an LS that is mostly UK and Euro based.
We are called Thebloodguard and have been playing since Asherons Call.
We are not the biggest LS in the world and do have members from the states as well as south america and other EU countries.
We do have some rules as to who we let into the LS though, have to be a decent helpfull player and have a good sense of humour and not use 100 abreviations in messages lol.
lvl, job, new or veteran is no problem. Everyone is welcome, you just have to be a nice guy or gal.

The bloodguard is an excellent ls, and I would reccomend it too.
Bloodbath, and his friends Skriel and Zaryun, really helped me start out in FFXI, with advice and friendliness. ^^

Well, I think Sorcier is talking about our linkshell BritishGeezers, we are indeed orange, and Ysabell is indeed a member. We've recently been reborn and have about fifteen regular posters at the moment with a number of very useful new faces. Any job, level, race or rank is welcome, the only condition is that you're from the UK (ex-pats are fine, it doesn't matter if you don't live here anymore ^^).
You'll probably think I'm massively biased (which I probably am), but I've been in a good few linkshells and I've yet to find one as helpful, useful and generally hilarious. If someone has something they need done, be it a rank mission, an AF quest or an NM hunt, we'll happily help them out, often even dropping what we're currently doing.
So if anyone is interested, send me an email or a tell. I'll be happy to chat to you.
