The 'best place' to level for anyone who just started the game is the zone directly outside of your starting city. The higher your level goes the father you move out from the gates. You can solo to at least 15 in these 'newbie zones' easily, and it's also a good way to collect beastman seals, crystals, and other items to net yourself a small profit (if you solo you get all drops, instead of having to play on luck of the draw).

Hope that helps

I thought so too, but then I saw 'In da beginning'. In the beginning training is only going to cause immediate death for the most part since you don't have the def and hp to take all those hits, and no real way to deck all of those mobs at once (no different than a high level player dying within a matter of seconds from a train in the Crawlers' Nest really).

Melee should stray away from this unless they know an AoE Ws (Cyclone, Circle Blade, Vaporal Scythe, etc.) and those are really far from the beginning. Mages definately shouldn't try until they gain their first -ga spells... I'm leaning towards Banishga and Diaga not really counting unless you're a high enough level that they hit hard (by that time you'll have access to better -ga spells unless you train in really low level areas), but it still works I suppose.

I guess we can wait for the OP to clarify then (wish people weren't quite so vauge in their posts, but meh)
