I thought so too, but then I saw 'In da beginning'. In the beginning training is only going to cause immediate death for the most part since you don't have the def and hp to take all those hits, and no real way to deck all of those mobs at once (no different than a high level player dying within a matter of seconds from a train in the Crawlers' Nest really).
Melee should stray away from this unless they know an AoE Ws (Cyclone, Circle Blade, Vaporal Scythe, etc.) and those are really far from the beginning. Mages definately shouldn't try until they gain their first -ga spells... I'm leaning towards Banishga and Diaga not really counting unless you're a high enough level that they hit hard (by that time you'll have access to better -ga spells unless you train in really low level areas), but it still works I suppose.
I guess we can wait for the OP to clarify then (wish people weren't quite so vauge in their posts, but meh)
