I'm all over Binbougami Ga. I'll consider it a runaway success if they do even one frame of the JoJo's Bizarre Disguises scene from the manga. Arcana✴Famiglia looks like a mesh of samurais and early 1900 Italian mafiaso (IE: Swords and guns set in the beginning of a Godfather film.) so I'll probably give that a chance. Watched one episode, liking Debito with his piraty eye patch and dual pistols. Nothing else really looks interesting.

The description for Arcana Famiglia that I read seems to give the feel of it being Reborn! but replace Tsunayoshi, Reborn!'s wimp-***-turning-into-a-badass shounen hero with a shoujo protagonist, and turning the plot into a cheesy action-anime love story, but I'll give it a try. That said, I was thoroughly amused by Campione's first episode, more so than I thought I would be, so maybe this season's pool won't be as dismal as I was expecting.
Edit: Ok, having watched Arcana Famiglia, I'm retaining my opinion, despite their attempt to make the heroine not totally useless. I agree about Debito, @#%^ing love the way he sounds, but the two necessary-love-triangle-creating-rivals both seem rather... meh. Obnoxious spikey haired blondie and tsundere bowlcut bluehair. It feels like the show's strength and entertainment value will come from everyone that isn't one of the three main characters (red-yellow-blue color scheme on their hair... I mean really?). I'll give it 2-3 more episodes to win me over, but I'm not really impressed by the plot. At least the show is pretty.
Also, I'm looking forward to Kokoro Connect, if only because I haven't seen a good,
new, gender-bender anime in @#%^ing forever, and when the writer/s know how to pull it off, I absolutely love the genre. There are, however, far more misses than hits.
edit3: k, one of the ones I had hope for, Hagure Yuusha, definitely gets my stamp of approval. Good animation, good fight scenes (what little they showed, anyway), amusing protagonist, and an interesting plot (Kid gets dragged off to another world and saves them by defeating the Demon King! sounds really played out. This story starts after that, when he gets home. Apparently, his world (presumably earth) has become aware of various kids getting dragged off from their world to others, and of the few that return, they retain any superhuman/supernatural abilities they gained in the other world they got dragged to, so they decided to stick them all in one school for supers.) Personally, I just ******* love how much of a snarkass Akatsuki (the hero) is.
