I got bored on Saturday and solod Megamaw Mikey on SCH/RDM. It's a hella-easy fight, even with links. I gave away the Plaga Scythe to someone who was there who wanted to the scythe. (I wanted to finish the fight solo and this promise ensured that they wouldn't try to take it from me if it went yellow) And boy were there links. When I first started there were about 3 worms around Mikey. By the end all but 4 worms had gathered around him.
Fun fight though. 0/3 on the brd belt for a friend. >:( Speaking of BRD, just got it from 69-71 in an Abyssea party...40k exp in 3 hours. Yeah

My group from levi went 1/1 COR neck, 1/2 Shield, 0/5 Marvin, 0/2 brooder, 2/75 t1 convert rate, I wasted a t3 pop when I could have had permanent t2s, 
. I went 1/1 on my Serpentes cuffs at least!
That mushroom is annoying, I forgot how much so. :x

Have successfully duoed/trioed it with rdm/nin rdm/nin(+blm/nin for speeeeeeeedddd) but it's beyond annoying. Party of 6 assuming good tank and everyone having HP buff+some form of stoneskin to absorb gorge and then dodging disgorge and I can't see it being too hard though.
Unfortunately I don't have access to many RDM/NINs so I might have to go with a different set up. Think PLD/NIN is a good idea?
PLD/NIN or an above average MNK/NIN would be my picks. Both can tank with good support.
Sweet, I have access to both. (Not me) I think I'll somehow con my friends into trying it :D
