Funny that I just spent the weekend in Georgia (okay, so five minutes across the damn state line but still in Georgia). I'll be moving to the NW corner of Alabama...and yes, they DO have indoor plumbing and we know how to make ice. I think....

The point is moot. We all know that they can't read in Alabama.

And its Gary, Indiana that smells the worst. The smell there has its own name, "Gary Funk".

I watched a bit of it. It will be interesting to see how this new "wonder" controller that Nintendo is coming out with will go down. Seems like trying to recreate the wheel and I don't know how many other people will decide to go against 20+ years of training our thumbs to go to the correct place lol.

I was like, isn't there a Indiana University campus in Gary? ... Yes, there is... That's why they smell...

Fynlar thinks that I'm leveling too slow. I can't help it, I don't have a lot of time right now. >_<
And when I do long on for longer, he's not around to witness it. >.>

PS - I want to drink some green tea. I'm watching Journeys in Japan while preparing for bed and the host of the episode was in Shizuoka on a tea plantation.

I can read and spell. I've actually been accused of using big "government" words in my speech. I didn't grow up in Alabama, after all, but south Florida.

Don't feel bad. In eight years, I've only ever gotten two jobs past 50, and only have one 99 at the moment. How guys like Vlor find the time to level all their jobs to 99, I'll never know.

Damn, and here I thought that my uncle (who actually played FFXI until recently, you may have seen him around as Aideroth) was the only one who used that word.

Wii U looks amazing. I wish I wasn't poor so I could buy one. If only it were next summer where I'd (hopefully) be a big time accountant man and could afford such a device.

For the most part what they've announced this year I find very lackluster, unfortunately. A few cool things here and there, but a lot of stuff just seems like a major step backwards as far as games are concerned.

Neither do most people; that's why a lot of folks will pay for AFK leech parties (apparently they must still get business, since there remain continuous shouts in Jeuno for it)

You have a guy that's more than willing to leech you free of charge, and you're not taking advantage of it. You're like some kind of phenomenon.

Yeah, I have all 99s and no mules, it kinda sucks.

Some of my jobs, particularly RNG and COR, remain woefully underequipped and underutilized because of it. (I don't really like playing ranged attack jobs anyway though since they aren't auto-attack, so I don't care that much.) It's workable though, you just have to be stricter overall on what stuff you bother to keep around. For instance, I don't bother carrying around a lot of gear that's only good for WS and nothing else; I prefer pieces that are good for both the TP phase and WS, or have some other kind of use that justifies me keeping it around (example: Twilight Helm/Mail)

And storage slips, gotta ***** those things, obviously.

Mostly SE trying to force players back into the 75-cap 2005~2009 era game. The one where your supposed to commit retarded amounts of time to a single piece of gear. Most players aren't having it and lots of negative feedback to SE. We seem to be having an effect as their slowly starting to let up on the stupidness.

I told my wife I plan to get one, but she's still a bet skeptical. I told her she'll have to watch a replay of Nintendo's E3 feed so she understands why I want it so bad.

Is this an open invitation? I've got a few jobs I want to get from mid-30's to 49 for subjob purposes.

Eh, if it's someone from these forums and I don't hate your guts, I'll probably do it if I'm not busy doing something else. So sure, why not.

I was mainly referring to Sus though because she's a friend and I know for a fact she levels way too slowly >_> Just want her to get to the point where we feel like she could actually Go Around and Do Stuff without being punted around like a football in Abyssea and other newer content.
