Yes, in three ways:

1. If someone is on your Wii friend list, you can send them Miis directly.

2. You can upload up to 10 Miis on a Wii Remote, temporarily sync said remote to someone else's Wii, and download the Miis from your remote to that Wii.

3. There is a channel you can download to the Wii called the Check Mii Out channel. They will occasionally sponsor contests for which you can create and upload a Mii. (For example, the first contest was Mario without his hat; the most recent one was Marie Antoinette.) You can also upload Miis you have created for other people to just download. I have downloaded most of the cast of Family Guy, some Star Wars characters, Scooby Doo and Shaggy for my wife, and a few others. I have also uploaded my version of Hulk Hogan.

The only Mii's i've created are WiiJesus and Disco Stu.

Maybe I'll pay around with it some more. Galaxy 2 comes out next week after all!

Would come join but still camping hazmat that refuses to drop it's boots. even before on full moon + TH...

Would go after sentata's boots but fomor nms usually camped.

A clue! Since Hazmat uses Fast Cast -> Flare, I just need to figure out which /NIN (or anon person) in Garlaige is you....
