I remember back in the day wanting to be a taru rdm/blm so bad. The highest level guy in my social (He was like mid 50s at the time) helped me do a mission in Korro tunnel and he came down and owned ****. It was like, I'd never seen anything so awesome in my life. 2 Banshees at a time? HOLY ****! The first mule I created was taru rdm, but he only ever made it to level 5.

I found BRD to be pretty boring until I started pulling with it.
BLM and SCH are both a lot of fun, although I find the dark arts side of SCH to be much more entertaining than the light arts side......

I found BRD to be quite boring also, though once you get Lullaby it starts to gain a little creativity. One of the best parties I've ever had as BRD was at 27 in Vunkerl Inlet [S]. Brilliant fun!

I didn't have the pleasure of leveling BRD low-levels, unfortunately. I inherited Katknip (my BRD alt) when she was at 69 and in AF with about 10k in other gear. I turned her into the huge pile of awesome that she is now.

Horror Voulge purchased at 50k, sold it a week later at 70k. And you bought one 2 days later for 100k. Ouch. ><

Also, I want to note, that a ninja tank in a dragoon party never works. I remember when I was leveling nin and I'd get massive drg/rng parties and I'd tank, and by tank I mean first voke. I remember one well equipped drg that I partied with that he would occasionally double attack and crit both of his first hits and there was nothing I could do to pull it off him. That sucked. Ninja sucks (this was pre-innin/yonin).

I've been leveling my WHM sub from 40 to 49 just using campaign ops and exp scrolls from sacrarium for past 2 months. It's almost level 45 now and I didn't have to buy any gear to exp it which has been nice.
I'm planning on doing this for my level 40 THF also, as it's been going quick enough that it will be 49 by the time the cap hits that high.

CARRIER HAS ARRIVED!
SCII is slated for release on July 27th, 2010. I have the beta installed and it is a fun way to waste time between dinner and sleep. I love FFXI and I am still in the game, just havent had the 12 hour blocks of time to play that alot of people expect you to dedicate in order to be part of their groups, so I hardly ever log in. Maybe after the June update, I dunno. I guess time will tell. I have been getting mroe stabilized in my new job, so things are starting to look up. I just cant do anything from 9-5 pst, except work. lol.
