nice to see how far the thread has come! keep up the good work! nothing much else to say. suppose i could talk about the weather but its pretty nice :D oh i could complain that i broke my foot. its main problem is that it distracts from ffxi but since ffxi is off for hours yet it doesnt even do that right now.

I bought a motorcycle! Some of my friends were shocked as they thought of me as the type to drive a Hello Kitty themed Smart car. Got accused of mid-life crisis as well. I'm more of a want cool and fast so I can drive it at speed limit, but too cheap to carry through with my insane plans person. If I become a billionaire, I want a Ferrari so I can drive it at speed limit. Speeding is the bane of LA traffic.

i dont know ofany direct guide, but the ffxiwiki has a good trial by trial explanation with camps and tricks for them. Thats what ive been using.

For almost every popular path, like elemental staves, you can look up the trial on wiki (and/or GamerEscape, the 'new' wiki) and it will give suggestions of mobs. If it doesn't, look in the 'Discussion' page for that trial.

Which one are you doing? The only one I've done so far is the Ice Potency staff.

Yeah, Joyeuse is a weird choice, but the mule that won it happened to be on my Bard alt's account. I need to get her some Allied Notes so I can do WotG missions, and Joytoy can be sent to mules now. Smiley: cool
