And now Debbie Reynolds, Carrie Fisher's mother, passed. Never saw any of her movies. But looks like she was the voice of Charlotte is Charlotte's Web. And a small handful of other things I have seen over the years.

Guess who spent last night with the police and ASPCA? Apparently my girl has seen one too many of those commercials with all those sad dogs and Sarah McLachlan music and mistook letting a dog out to do it's business in the backyard for a minute as chaining a dog outside in the middle of a Siberian Winter blizzard and called them. So a few hours of Kitty nearly pissing herself with excitement over new people to play with, explaining why the damn dog only responds to Kitty, and me restraining myself from squeezing my kid a little too hard and I've been cleared of any potential charges. I'm really not sure if I should be proud of her for having a big heart to do something like that or throw her off the roof.

The world needs to choose one side of freezing and stick with it already. Snow is awesome. Rain is awesome. This whole sleet to slush to freezing rain to ice and back again thing can bite its own butt.
