Same here. ( well, I can't say "never" as I'm sure I did in school and the ARMY, but I've never gotten one of my own accord as an adult).
I don't get colds or the flu or sick at all. Neither does my Mom. Odd thing is, my sisters do. Not only do they get sick, the also have straight up "diseases" One has MS, another pretty much is "always" sick and has Trigeminal neuralgia and lupus and my youngest sister weighs about 350lbs and has pretty much every disease that could possibly be associated with being that heavy.
My point? Not sure. I'm at home and drunk and tired, but I think I was thinking about something along the lines of herd immunity and how you'd think a "herd", especially as close as direct relatives would have more similar disease resistance and what that has to do with vaccinations and transmission rates and..fuggit, I'm drunk.
get your shots, stay in school and don't eat that yellow snow.
