I won't because it's too sad to do so.

The drumsticks are the best part.

Gbaji gets it. Gun control regulation and other methods of stymieing the public in the quest for a less violent society does nothing except pit law abiding citizens directly against their own elected government. What we can do is stop indoctrinating children-- particularly those from broken homes with less parental supervision and care (s'up, black Chicago gangstas-in-training? White Bread Jo is yo' main empathetic man, yo!) --is to regulate the television, computer, and movie screen.

Oooooh, that's right! That'd be a restriction of that other amendment which is backed up by the amendment you Libs so desperately want to dismantle.

The truth is we as Americans want a violent society, just not in my immediate neighborhood. If we didn't we wouldn't tolerate the violent media which desensitizes and teaches our children life is cheap. 90% of Americans want what Obama and poutin' Joe Biden want? Perhaps in theory, but not in actuality. If they did, they'd take more immediate, practical, and useful steps to protect their own flesh-and-blood and the children of others: defund the Indoctrination, errr, Entertainment Industry, umm, I mean Hollywood.
/slaps forhead again
Ach. Can't do that either. Not when the First Lady has an obligation to announce the Best Picture at the Academys. Just follow the money.

Law abiding citizens? You mean like the LA cop killer or these Russian terrorists? People need to realize that the term "Law abiding citizen" has absolutely no value.

Unfortunately, many people believe that. People don't realize that these criminals aren't making their guns. They are buying them from a person who is seen as a "good guy". Somewhere in the process, "law abiding" citizens are doing illegal transactions. Else, every registered gun would be accounted for.

Good thing I shaved then. I don't have a white cowboy hat though, should I get one in case I go to America?

If you are buying in any quantity, yes. Around here it's behind the pharm counter and you have to get it from him/her.

People turn it into meth, dontchaknow?

In the States, I thought it was only certain over the counter meds that had to provide ID to purchase. And it was for any quantity, not just large ones. My mother takes one for her allergies and she can only buy 'x' amount per period of time.

I think they try to track purchases to make sure you aren't making Meth or what ever.

Only for pseudoephedrine.

All the non-controlled cold medicine now has phenylephrine instead, which isn't as effective.

Yeah, and they used it as an excuse to super jack up the price too. I sign for a box of the real **** every few weeks - the loritidine (Claritin)/Sudafed combo that Publix calls "allergy relief D" - $15 for 16 off brand pills. Makes me super hyper and dries up my nose ultra fast. I balance it out with a benedryl at night, which makes me super tired instead.

Condolances on the price hike. It's not what you need when you're sick.

Here we have to show ID for any amount of pseudo ephedrine, it's behind the counter, but the shop assistants can pass it over. I was really surprised when I first had to show ID, but I wasn't really miffed after the explanation. Still waiting on pharmacy grade ecstasy, though.
