Gbaji gets it. Gun control regulation and other methods of stymieing the public in the quest for a less violent society does nothing except pit law abiding citizens directly against their own elected government. What we can do is stop indoctrinating children-- particularly those from broken homes with less parental supervision and care (s'up, black Chicago gangstas-in-training? White Bread Jo is yo' main empathetic man, yo!) --is to regulate the television, computer, and movie screen.

Oooooh, that's right! That'd be a restriction of that other amendment which is backed up by the amendment you Libs so desperately want to dismantle.
The truth is we as Americans want a violent society, just not in my immediate neighborhood. If we didn't we wouldn't tolerate the violent media which desensitizes and teaches our children life is cheap. 90% of Americans want what Obama and poutin' Joe Biden want? Perhaps in theory, but not in actuality. If they did, they'd take more immediate, practical, and useful steps to protect their own flesh-and-blood and the children of others: defund the Indoctrination, errr, Entertainment Industry, umm, I mean Hollywood.

Ach. Can't do that either. Not when the First Lady has an obligation to announce the Best Picture at the Academys. Just follow the money.
