I like the truant officer idea, but how about this; We turn all schools into Curves® or something. Set up all homes with 'learning stations' and implement internet educated learning requirements.

Yeah, that's probably one of the more scary things he's ever posted.

Wow.
#254Almalieque, Posted: Feb 22 2012 at 10:36 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Well when you believe that mismanaging money is equivalent to not needing the money, I'm reluctant to take you seriously. You're obviously confused.

Id bank on Timelord tbh. Mostly because I imagine he actually knows how to calculate a markup.

Do the 400% markup products have a counter-relief image of an apple on them?
#257Almalieque, Posted: Feb 23 2012 at 3:44 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Only if the products that are only marked up 25% have one also.

Still would invest with Timelord. Sorry alma your past math history has leaves a lot to be suspect.

But I am happy to tell you they make flash cards for that too.

If the product is restaurant soda, then the mook only marking up 25% is losing out on massive profits and soon to be out of business.

Well the assumption was that the vendor was out to make a profit. Besides, that's why soda on tap is heavily diluted. If it weren't, you probably wouldn't ever make a profit.

You'd have to be the biggest ****** of the restaurant industry in the universe if you somehow couldn't make a profit off of soda. It's literally impossible not to. Smiley: laugh

Of course, because I tend to preference it with me saying that I'm not sure. If you have never noticed the difference between a regular bought can/bottle Coke vs a Coke that you get at a bar or a restaurant, then you fail at life.

I wasn't going to suggest you failed at life, but if that's how you feel I'm sure a few of the soldiers around you have ACE cards.

Yea..... after our previous encounter of him completely making up stuff with no intent of backing it up, I'm not so quick to assume that he has any more knowledge than me. Clearly, he's an expert of BS'ing his way through conversations... It's kind of a pre-req to be a senior NCO.

If you need an ACE card to persuade your mind, then you REALLY fail at life.

My friend always has a go at me because I pronounced it "pre-face". I've started doing it deliberately now, though.

A preference to pronounce preface as pre-face?

Perfect!

It really sounds like he thinks there's this huge stock of unopened two liter bottles in storage that places like McDonalds sneaks away to open, pour tap water in, and serve to the public. What really happens is they hook a $40 box of syrup to the soda jerk, and it's mixed with water and CO2 to make about 300 medium cups of Coke. You break even if you sold each of those at a little more than a nickle each Sorry, I've been laughing so hard my eyes are tearing and I made a mistake. You actually break even if you sell each for a little more than a PENNY each. A nickle you're still making profit. Smiley: laugh

Like last time, I could just give him the link, but history has shown he'll forget about that and make the same mistake a half dozen more times and keep demanding the same information over and over again, and that's just not going to happen.

Yes, I see clearly that you fail to admit that you are wrong. I never claimed that the government ever gave a kid $4 to buy milk. It was an example for you to understand the concept. Mismanaging money doesn't mean that the money wasn't needed. I'm sure that money spent on the carpet could have been well spent some where else. Unless that is, he's working in a financially perfect environment, where money isn't needed.

God damn it man, how can anyone be as ******* stupid as you appear to be?
