Quote:
A reportedly 14-year-old Girl Scout has joined with parents and Scout alumni to call for a boycott of the widely popular Girl Scout cookies, claiming the organization is using cookie proceeds to push a radical homosexual agenda at the expense of the Scouts’ safety.
The article goes on to clarify that the whole issue stems from the Girl Scouts USA allowing trans-gender males to join the Girl Scouts so long as they identify as female and their parents present them as female.
Thoughts? I personally think that a 14-year-old girl wouldn't come up with something like this on her own unless she had some... persuading from her parents, as well as the fact that, while I'm surprised trans-gender males are allowed in the Girl Scouts in the first place, I think that's a phenomenal step in the right direction for teaching the youth of America how to be more tolerant and accepting of people different from themselves.
