I can't believe you all still hang out here after all these years. Anyone remember Ogame alliance on uni 1? It's been a couple of years since i played that game. I came back to Everquest once again and have been having fun there.
Well just mainly saying hi to old friends i have known here over the years :)

I tried to re-watch Ladyhawke about a year ago. It was remarkably worse than my childhood memories had convinced me it'd be.

Fun fact, I just had a conversation with my officemate about O-Game the other day. Man, that game was great. I can't imagine there are too many people playing now though, right?
The facebook game, Kingdoms of Camelot, reminded me a lot of it. However, KoC (hehehe...) was a lot less of the "winner takes all" sort of fun that O-Game had. And a lot more limited. And just generally suckier. But it had a few more graphics, so I guess that was a plus? I stopped playing that one over a year ago.

Edit: Dammit Joph. And yes, it's remarkably awful. In a bad way. But somehow.... the little girl inside will always be charmed by the fairytale storyline.

Indeed I do, but not on the .org (British) servers anymore. Us 'Mericans have our own servers now (ogame.us).

I liked playing against the crazy Russians.
Apparently I talked up the Ladyhawk movie enough that one of my kids gave me the cd. I also was pretty disappointed watching it decades later as a full-fledged adult.
Ferris Bueller continues to make me laugh though.

I think i 1st started coming here when i began playing EverQuest and was a regular poster. Then several of us got the Ogame fever and we started an alliance on uni 1 which was already in full swing. It was hard back then because of so many huge fleets around and we were all young. Eventually i got tired and moved to uni 4 where i became a turtle. Not a small one though. For nearly 3 years i had the largest defense in all of Ogame :). When i left the uni had went from a high of about 7k players to less then 400.
I played probably 50+ games since then but just can not find what i am looking for so once again i went back to EverQuest where i now have a lvl 41 druid on a new server to me. My 1st druid was so kos she could not even do her epic as the npc's she turned items into killed her lol. I guess they did not like the fact that she killed druids, treants, the millers, guards, sgt slate, all the npc's in w karana lol.
The name Ladihawk came almost 2 years before i even knew of the movie. It was another 4 years after before i even seen the movie.
