First off, I'm not "crying".
Congratulations on the great acting job then?
That's some serious projection going on there Joph. I'm at best mildly amused by this topic. You're the one practically jumping up and down in hysterics and desperately trying to find ways to point fingers around at everyone else. Funny as hell really.

Second: It's far far less stupid than the guy trying to make hay out of the fact that the GOP hasn't written and floored a bill proposed by the Dem President [...] his own party is dragging their feet to even introduce legislation.
You do realize that the GOP wasn't expected to write the bill, right? They were given an already written piece of legislation to vote on? Weeks ago?
I thought we'd moved beyond the pretty obvious "GOP isn't going to floor Obama's bill as written" part and on to you attacking the GOP for not yet having written an alternative bill of their own? It's hard to follow your meanderings in this thread.
Either way, whether you're complaining about the GOP not putting Obama's bill verbatim to the floor for a vote in the House, or failing to write and floor their own bill, it's pretty nutty to make either argument while steadfastly ignoring that the Democrat controlled Senate hasn't put Obama's bill (much less any alternate version) on the floor either.
I didn't start out criticizing the Dems for anything in this thread Joph. Moe probably did, but not me. I've simply been responding to your own somewhat ridiculous double standard.

Exactly the sort of thing they cried and cried about before? "Oh, why oh why won't the Democrats give us a bill?!"
Who? When? What the hell are you talking about?
Last I heard, the White House doesn't floor bills in Congress Joph. They're free to write legislation if they want, and are free to ask the members of their own party to put them on their legislative agenda and advance them. But it's kind of bizarre to blame the GOP for not advancing the White House's proposed bill when the Dems in the Senate haven't yet done so either. It's more than bizarre really.

I was laughing at you 'tards who wanted to say that Reid not flooring a bill that he knew wouldn't pass a GOP filibuster anyway was a Real Big Deal while the House Majority Leader says in uncertain terms that he will never, ever allow the bill to come up.
You're the one who inserted the assumption about not passing a GOP filibuster Joph. That is *not* what the rest of us were talking about. Let me repeat it in case you missed it earlier:
We were talking about Reid not flooring a bill he knew didn't have enough support in his own party to pass even without a GOP filibuster. Get it? As Moe attempted to explain to you several times, the GOP doesn't have to filibuster this. They know there aren't 51 votes for this in the Senate. Not as the bill is currently written.
What the GOP controlled house is doing is utterly irrelevant. Of course they're not going to floor the bill as written. It's not their bill and they don't like it. It's not the GOPs responsibility to push the Presidents agenda Joph. It's the Democratic Party's responsibility to do that. And if they aren't pushing this even half heartedly, why the hell would anyone expect the GOP to put anything on the floor at all?
How weak must you feel about your own party and their ideas when the best you can do is criticize the other party for not taking the lead and pushing your own party's lame ideas? That's just the most "WTF" thing I've seen in awhile. What's next? You're going to blame the GOP for not supporting the Obama reelection campaign?
