I am no longer Catholic, I am agnostic. I care little about what others believe, provided they don't use those beliefs to justify bigotry & hatred, & have never witnessed anything supernatural myself so I do not believe in the supernatural.
Did my priest growing up have an experience that called him to service? He certainly thinks so & who am I to disagree?
Anyhoo, onto the meat & potatoes:

on your response; I'm am not trying to be insulting but this answer only displays your lack of knowledge of the theology of the Messiah and to quote from the Torah to justify a "Christian" priesthood is totally out of context.
Yup I quoted the old testament, but I also mentioned Peter. Ya know, the guy whom founded the Church your religion is based on, was the first Pope, Christ's favorite disciple, and all that? I get that there's different interpretations of the Bible & it's passages, but just as I can't deny that there are passages that support your position neither can you deny there are passages that support mine. Except you do, because you believe your flavor of Christianity to be superior to Catholicism, which makes you a douche.

It's funny that you would quote Timothy, as it's the book of letters Paul wrote too Timothy when he was pastoring. They're not only the first & only letters in the new Testement to a Priest, but also between two Priests.

Dude.. you seriously need to leave your church immediately if they are teaching you that Mary is part of the Trinity.
Mary worship is a reincarnation of all of the Mother Goddess pagan worship that has been stalking mankind forever..
There is NO Mother of God. This image that Catholics worship is another form of Ashteroth and Ishtar and Venus and Diana.

I guess you misread that. Jesus was/is part of the holy trinity making up God, Mary was his earthly mother. She's worshiped as a Saint primarily because of how hard she had it going around trying to convince everyone, including her husband, that she was "immaculately" pregnant & her son was the Son of God.
And if you think praying to Mary is some sort of pagan worship, how sad were you to find out that your religion is based on Egyptian allegory? In fact, the Egyptian were smarter as their stories of Osiris/Isis/Horus were NOT taken as historically accurate, but the Christians took there version (which came after) as fact.

The reason I say "Deny the Holy Spirit" is because Catholics are not taught how to believe in Christ; they are taught to believe in the institutions of Man..
Catholics are taught to believe in Christ & THE man Christ put in charge, Peter. It's another one of those passages that really aren't up for interpretation: "You are Peter [Which Meant "Rock"), and on this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it" (Matt. 16:18).
I know you think you're doing good but trying to push your version of "the truth" onto others, but you'd be better served not being a douche about things while you're at it. I have the same sort of disdain for your brand of evangelicalism that I have for douchebags like Richard Dawkins.
It's not WHAT you say, it's how you say it.
