First time I heard it I was 7 or 8, living in Mobile, AL. One of our neighbors (black guy) bought a Bonneville, and another of our neighbors (another black guy) was giving him a little sh:t, telling him what it meant. I got a kick out of it.

My dad's a bit of a racist, so I've heard a lot of them.

BY the time I retire, it might change. Appearance of the car is a huge factor for me.. That was primarily the only reason why I wanted my 300. BUT, I would like a car that wouldn't explode upon impact, so I would like for this next car to be able to take a hit.

My brother bought a Chevy Silverado last year, and has been pretty satisfied with it. I know several people who like Ford trucks, and it really just seems to be a matter of preference. Toyota makes a pretty good truck as well, but I don't know if you are trying to stick with "American".

No, it's ok. I already came to a conclusion about you earlier in the thread, remember? ;)

I'm not sticking with "American", but utility. I wanted an Avalanche at one point in time, but it seems more for looks. I need something that can carry a lot of crap for moving every 2-4 years. I was looking at the "Heavy Duty" F-350's, but those things are just... wow. I might need to tone it down a notch or two.

You would probably be fine in a F150-type pickup. Just rent a UHaul trailer when you have to move. That size pickup should have no problem towing it. Unless you're doing a lot more towing and hauling than what you just described, I don't see the need for a SuperDuty. In addition, I believe maintenance costs on a diesel truck tend to total more over time. I guess if you're going to be using a plow, I could understand it, since the 150's independent front suspension isn't really meant to support that weight.

It's a good thing for you that you're not interested in women.

Where are you getting your stats from, out of curiosity? My brief search turns up nothing matching those numbers.

Nah...I think i'll pull a Jophed and find a nice little south american hotty who has yet to be americanized into thinking men are sh*t.

The statistics are there. Nearly 70% of american marriages between an american man and woman end in divorce. And of those divorces nearly 75% are initiated by the woman. On the other hand agencies that are set up to marry american men to foreign women have a nearly 75% success rate.

Feminism has absolutely destroyed the traditional family with the help of big brother.

I have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm American. My husband is American. We've been together 12 years, 9 of those we've been married. I dare you to do as well one day.

Isn't this the essence of capitalism? Why would you settle for a worse partner if you could (and will) do better?

Where did you get those stats from, I wonder? I'm also curious why this is necessarily a bad thing; if a woman isn't being fulfilled in a relationship, why shouldn't she get out? If a man isn't fulfilled, he should do the same. No one should be bound together against their wills.

The only issue, IMO, is when children come into play.

Edit: And before Varus cries about men getting put through the financial wringer by divorce, one word: pre-nup. If someone doesn't sign that, they're idiots.

No one, except women, of course. We're second class third class barely citizens in the eyes of Varus.

Do you allow your child to quit school because the child doesn't think they're learning anything?

It's only a bad thing if you think american women should be teaching younger generations that it's ok to quit if the going gets tough.

A foolproof analogy, no doubt.
