It's not a substantial differentiation. You'd be hard pressed to find, at least in my experience, any western Euro girl who isn't practically American. It's still a massive generalization based purely on conjecture.
Furthermore, I don't see how these mythical European floozies are particularly less whorish American women, simply by virtue of not requiring time spent before *******. Especially the Ukrainian slaves subject to your conquests in Holland. There's also the fact that it's quite possible to take a girl out and have fun without having any money at all.
