What happens if Obama's BC had been a fake? Biden becomes President?

That wasn't my point. You think with him being one step away from being the most powerful and influential person in the world and Biden hasn't dug into the legitimacy of Obama's qualifications?

I would assume so. The election was won for the Dem ticket, not just Obama. That's actually one of the reasons we use the electoral college system. If someone were to die at any point between election day and the inauguration, the party can theoretically select a replacement for either, or even both slots. This would theoretically apply in the case of disqualification as well.

Since Obama's already been inaugurated, then it's even less complicated (although there are other issues). Presumably, he'd either step down, or be impeached, and Biden would become president. If for some reason he didn't step down, and wasn't impeached, we'd have a constitutional crisis (because those are the only means for removing a president). Theoretically, the Supreme Court would get involved, but I'm not aware that they have any power to remove him. They could rule that anything he does is in violation of the constitution I suppose, but that starts to get really messy to even contemplate.

That news story doesn't say what you think it says. Did you just post the wrong link, or have you been digging through the comments and just pulled out a completely unchecked quote from a random conspiracy theorist?

No, that is not true.

PS: Way to not capitalize 'American', you ****. Where's your patriotism?

He's quoting one of the comments on that page. Yeah. Silly.

Both points are pretty fabricated (semi-true, but not in the way presented). Yes. The hospital listed did change it's name to the one on the birth certificate in 1978. But that's because said hospital merged with another existing one which already had that name since 1931. So while that fact is true, the claim that the hospital named on the certificate didn't exist is false.

Similarly, while the official name for Kenya may not have been simply "Kenya", it was a common name for the country at the time. Also recall that said data is provided by the parents in attendance. It's not like there's someone at the hospital checking for official names. They ask each parent was born. If they're a US citizen, this means the state. If they're not, this means the country. If the answer was "Kenya", the person writes "Kenya" on the form.

I'm certanly no Obama supporter, and the guy is a jerk for killing the space program, but the birth certificate certanly isn't a fake just because it lists kenya as a birthplace. The british named the area after a large mountian in the area, not after john Kenyetta. it's been called Kenya since at least the early 1900's.

Until we got it fixed, the birth certificate for Jophiel v3.0 had his mother's birthplace listed as "Peru, USA".

Obviously, he's now ineligible to run for president because a nurse wrote something other than the geopolitically accurate country name.

No. Woodrow Wilson's mother was born in the U.K.

Kenya was calling itself Kenya even prior to independence, by the way.

Be nice. He probably did read it somewhere. Like on the Freeper boards or World News Daily or Drudge Report or Breitbart or Glenn Beck or one of the other places these folk get their "information".

It was stated a few times in the comments from the Freeper link Joph showed us. And we know that's all Varus needs as proof of its legitimacy.

You know what they say, if it is on the internet, and not liberal, it must be true.
