Hi. You're new here, so I'll be polite. You should really shut the f'uck up about things you aren't familiar enough with to make intelligent statements about. If you can manage that, you'll be far less likely to be thought a waste of oxygen.
To enlighten, currently the federal government funds over a year of unemployment benefits through emotionally driven legislation passed to secure the votes of the unemployed. The total extension of benefits is somewhere in the 98 week range between state & federal laws at the moment.
