Other of us also took off Wednesday. my good friend is in town, and on his request, I'm stuck in a techno bar right now.
I think I would rather work tomorrow.

Techno is ok in very small doses in the bright light of day when not surrounded by tweakers and glow-sticks. Outside of that it just gets f'ucking obnoxious after a while.

Sears, Toys 'R Us, Walmart and one or two others are actually opening on Thursday now to one-up the Black Friday sales. Yeesh.
Personally, with the economy what it is and consumer confidence what it is, I expect good sales all season long (like last year) and see little reason to eat my drumstick and stuffing while waiting in line outside a store.
