Yeah those bunkers are a real b*tch compared to those 10ft swells that can snap your back like a twig if you ***** up.

You've obviously never flipped a golf cart into a pot bunker at 10mph. That'll snap your back.

I don't particularly care for surfing as a sport, but photos like the one in the OP are ******* awesome. The sheer amount of photography skill required to capture a quality frame like that is astounding. Also, I love any shot looking down the center of a wave like that.

Well, you inspired me to watch a few of his youtube videos. It's crazy how he sticks to that board, no matter how violently he whips it around on one of those cutbacks, or how violently the crashing wave whips him around. I was also amazed with how long one can ride a single wave laterally without being pushed into shore (never really watched any surfing before).

You use a golf cart? If you can't walk 18 you shouldn't get your fat as* off the couch.

Hahaha. Yeah, my fat ***. On a couch.

This was a semi-public country club which I believe required carts. I was taking Vicodin for my back, giving the beer bitch plenty of business and racing my buddy. We're lucky we didn't end up in the lake.

Most country clubs use carts. Not that varus would know that.

Most country clubs are filled with spoiled little b*tches as well; which is incidentally why you won't see me around them very often.

Yes Varus, we're sure that's why you stay away. Smiley: rolleyes

Dunno, but it's the Ozzie one mate.

I'd link you some images as proof, but while some are cool, even super-cool, some are super stupid and dangerous. I wouldn't want the stoned and the mouth breathers here to kill themselves or a toddler. Oh alright, I'm just being lazy.

Newsflash! New Obscure Extreme Sport available in Nepal! In an unholy matrimony between wildlife-refuge-conservation-awareness-raising and paragliding, Para-Hawking has been born!

It is now possible to go on tandem paragliding jaunts with a professional falconer and a trained rescue vulture or kite. Kevin the vulture, hand raised from a chick, human friendly, and unable to be released back to the wild, will find you and your falconer the perfect thermals to glide up in the clear dry air of Nepal. On return to Earth he is fed meat and treated as a minor celebrity.

Reminds me of Jack Youngblood of the old Los Angeles Rams in American Football who played several games with a broken leg.
