Pop music notes: Elton John & Leon RussellFollow

An unlikely pair, none-the-less they put out an album together called The Union. You can hear two tracks from it HERE. I like the second better. It's intriguing enough that I might have to find more to hear.

I'll have to listen to it when I can. I really enjoy Elton's music. Sadly I don't know who Leon Russell is.

Saw them performing live on TV yesterday. Russell looks like Santy Claus.

the music. . . not my cup of tea at all.

Well, I don't really enjoy Elton's music, but it's okay, and I like it a bit.

I liked the music but I really didn't like Leon's voice (that being the first time I think I've ever heard him sing, possibly). I think I would have liked the songs a lot better if it was just Elton singing.
