NaNoWriMo 2010: This Time It's ImpersonalFollow
I have only 8 posts, (now 9) because im one of the new admins, you'll see me once in a while on the forums but i'll prob be down in the Rift:Planes of Telara and GW2 wiki's if not novel writing.

I, for one, would like to just say that I am absolutely giddy at the prospect of such a seasoned wikier adding another distinct, and distinguished, voice to the melange that is the ZAM.com forum-sphere.

The admin fellow, not Moe. Although I don't mind Moe posting, sure beats Varrus posts.

You wont find me trolling if thats what your looking for, I was actively promoting my own wiki at the MMO Aion offical forums, became the largest wiki for Aion. and over 7+ months of active in the forums I only made 100 or so posts.
Aionopedia now has over 54,000 articles, and most of it was myself, its even ranked in the top 200 largest wikis on the internet. Im around 155 last time I checked.

Oh, so you're autistic. I get it now. 300k words isn't a lot when you're Aspergerific.
I spend 3 hours a day, broken into 1 hour sections. I don't do anything other than type, no reference material no looking at notes, i read up and plan the next day before I go to bed and let dreamscape fill in any holes.

Actually, strike that. I missed where you said "I don't do anything other than type". See, most folks participating in NaNoWriMo are at least pretending to write. I do appreciate your lack of pretext, though.
I daydream throughout the day and plot whats coming next, if i cant type at full speed i dont type at all., hence when I do type its at full speed, usually 50 - 80+ words a minutes depending on how nimble my fingers feel.

I'm actually writing, as well, this year.
It goes much faster than most other writing I have to do (extreme example: the 2000 word report last year that took me 40 hours to complete), did 1,200 words in the morning today. I've got a few people in the area doing it, too, so that helps.

I'm just OVER 9000 words now. Would like to hit 10,000 before noon tomorrow and since I only have a bit over an hour to dedicate to writing in the morning, I'll try to get to 9,600 or so tonight in case it goes slowly tomorrow.
If I had more time, I could probably set a higher goal, but I am just waiting for the writing block to hit and really don't have enough time, I've got a few essays and such due before the end of the month, and those probably amount to about 20,000 words, too. And that's 20,000 words that don't come easily.

Isn't that how all Americans write? It certainly explains why so little worth reading has come out of the place despite its great size.

I think among the normal people here, I'm in the lead with just shy of 2k.

I'm just over 30,000 -- my goal was originally 80,000 due to the plot being too much for 50,000, but I got thrown off track by some seriously good writing that I could never match and just started getting something done for my NaNo again today, and not even the magical 1667 for the day as of right now.
