Bard,

I'd drape myself in velvet if it was socially acceptable.

I was probably a roman aristocrat in a prior life.

I get sebaceous cysts, most of which seem to occur on my head, neck, & face. I've got a few removed, & removed a few myself with razors & tweezers. Provided you remove the entire sac, you're golden. But if you don't, they grow back and/or leak foul smelling crap.
This sounds like something you would learn to do in Harry Potter's Herbology class.

Do said sacs have any magical properties? Have you ever used them to manufacture Dung Bombs?

Why are you interested in a show about angsty liberal Jews with no jobs?

Suppose you'd need something to occupy your time since you don't have any friends.

Ash,

So being a comedian isn't real work in your book I take it?

Plus I watch basketball and football and it's populated with gangsta thugs; doesn't mean I like them as individuals.

Not to mention the 300+ dvd's I own; bought not downloaded (stolen).

Must be a connection....

More like a Victorian ponce, I'd say.

It really bothers me to see Varrus extending an olive branch and many of you slapping that twig back in his face. I'll openly admit to having done the same in his previous chess thread, but that was a mistake and I realize that. Not to be holier-than-thou, but a lot of you are looking pretty petty in this thread.

I once had a relatively civil discussion with varus years ago, even exchanged photos. I think it was about chopping wood. And immediately he goes back to the "you lazy useless unemployed liberals" so, fuck him.

An olive branch offering normally starts with an apology, even if you really don't mean it. This is just another thread.

Rarely. Generally the term refers to any effort to be civil or encourage peaceful relations amidst hostilities.

What's the terminology for pretending to do so in an attempt to gain additional leverage for further hostilities?
