I wouldn't call Gbaji an idiot. Slightly deranged, disassociated with reality, possibly narcissistic, certainly a sociopath, but not an idiot.

He's all those things, and a bit of an idiot too.

What's that? You were wrong and now you're butthurt about it?

Yeah, we know. Hell, we knew it before you posted.

Not that it matters because you'll never admit to it anyway but CNN doesn't conduct polls, they commission them. Opinion Research Corp. did the actual polling.

As a private corporation, it's funded primarily by commissions for market research. Did the word "Research" somehow trick you into thinking it was an academic institution?

These are the same polls that had Brown down by double digits a month before the election.

Wait, the same polls that accurately predicted a Brown win?

Thanks for proving my point for me!

Thank you for validating my point that pollsters can get whatever results they want.

Especially accurate results since the polls towards the end of the race showed a shift to a Brown win!

Oh and you might want to think about linking a poll that's not more than 10pts off the results

lolwut? Brown won by 5 pts (52-47). The three articles I linked to averaged to a six point win for Brown.

Thanks again for making my point for me! Post some more so people can be further assured of how correct I am!

The more and more you try to defend yourself, the dumber you sound. What does you being alive have anything to do with being aware of politics? I was more concerned about grade school, college and my job than politics before the 2004 election. I was completely oblivious of politics in 2000 and first became interested in 2004. That's when I decided to be more involved and aware in the process...... which leads me into the 2008 elections. I know there are other elections besides the presidential general election, but given that I'm never living in the same place for more than 3 years, it's really not practical for me.

Oh, so your "grow up" part is referencing that you think it's cool to cheat on your spouse?... I thought that, I just wanted you to clarify that before I made any assumptions.
You have the post length of gbaji and the intellect of varus... which is why you're trying to start the same argument you started in previous threads. Either that or you're a complete dunce and don't realize you're talking in circles. I made a joke about your statement. Calm down, Bruno.

Talking in circles? Trying to start the same argument? That's definitely a cop out, but whatever makes you feel better.

I do like how everyone who agrees with me or Gbaji are all grouped together as "Idiots". I wonder how many more people will it take before you all realize that there are different groups of opinions and you all just so happen to be on the "opposing" side of opinions. Then again, I guess it's much easier just to call someone stupid. That way you don't have to worry about actually presenting an argument and getting caught up in "semantics"?

I know that you didn't specifically label Gbaji as an idiot, but others have
So by saying they might as well get rid of the adultery rule, you weren't referring to homosexuality as a "personal" or "behavioral" trait?

No I wasn't. I meant exactly what I said.

You actually work with a fuzzy or are you around AIT students? I didn't even know till recently that it was possible to be done with AIT and still be a fuzzy. I still have a hard time believing that.. Then again, I don't know how that works...

You realize of course that someone can want it repealed and still not want to allow homosexuals in the military don't you?

That poll would actually be relevant if they asked "should homosexuals be allowed in the military".

poll question:
Quote:
Should people who are openly gay or homosexual be able to serve in the armed forces".

"Support is widespread, even among Republicans. Nearly six in ten Republicans favor allowing openly gay individuals to serve in the military," says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. "There is a gender gap, with 85 percent of women and 71 percent of men favoring the change, but support remains high among both groups."

Not that I don't find your ridiculous mental gymnastics to avoid reality amusing.

Just a little tip when radical liberal news sources start proclaiming how EVEN the GOP support this radical change they're lying their ****s off; you should probably look up the word marginalize before continuing.
There's nothing wrong with saying "even the GOP" in this case, because historically the GOP has been opposed to homosexual rights issues.

If it was something like "How smart are you? Even the GOP did ok, with 52% above being mentally subnormal," then you'd have a point.

You don't trust him to read off the numbers someone else crunched for the poll he had run? You think that no one is going to check the actual poll? You are so full of ****.

It's not like it was the first time this poll has been run with similar results either:

Boston Globe 2005: 79% support allowing gays to serve openly
ABC/Washinton post 2008: 75% support allowing gays to serve openly (80% of Democrats, 75% of independents, and 66% of conservatives)
Quinnipiac University 2010: 57% of American voters favor gays serving openly, compared to 36% opposed
CBS/NYT 2010: 58% of Americans favor gays serving openly, compared to 28% opposed
******* Fox News opinion poll (in progress): 77% in favor of repeal

You just have to learn to accept that most Americas aren't quite as big of self absorbed bigots as you.

The question, as corrected for liberal bias (well, at least in Varus's mind):

"Do you support the right of the international gay conspiracy to sap and impurify our bodily fluids, especially in the military?"
