It appears underground hardened bunkers with sufficient shielding to survive a nuclear strike are now making their way to the real estate markets. This one is really nice, plus it has an airfield.

There are a couple there that are selling for less than 300k.

This has been listed on the market for a while now. Had I the 2.3 million required, I'd probably buy it.

Ooh - that looks really nice! And that's only a few hours from me; I'd like to go see that.

Wombats don't do well in caves for some reason. I don't know why. I find the volcano lairs tend to work out best for now.

A missile silo is way less of a cave than a volcanic lair. Plus there is less danger of burning hot magma.

I'd love to live in a missile silo. It would be pretty badass. And a private airfield? Hell yeah. Shame 2.3 million is a little bit out of my range.

That dressed up one is pretty cool but most of those look like they'd as much fun as living in a parking garage.

Yeah, I realize it's up to you to throw up some drywall and lay carpeting down but still. I think it's because the one is a house with a really cool basement and the rest are at best a shanty on top of a big empty reinforced concrete void.
