My response is that "hardly anyone" in this context really means "people who've been indoctrinated by liberals to think there are no limits". Conservatives know there are limits to congress' power, and we know where those limits lie. What we're shocked at is how liberals simply assume that because they were never taught this, that no one else knows either. It's just a mystery I suppose...

The woman in the video knew where the limit should be. The audience knew where the limit should be. If you're not sure where the limits should be, how about listening to conservatives who will be more than happy to teach you? Seems like the liberal position is being argued from ignorance to me.
