It is almost as if Varus went off the deep end and started talking to himself...

Oh and it is rants like the one Varus is having right now that makes me smile, knowing that I am going to be one of those people that sits on their butt all day while people like Varus pay for me to do that. Ahh so nice...

Edit: Damn me and my slow posting...

Jophed,

Yes we know you and your kind hate small business owners and are doing everything in your power to drive them out of business.

You know who actually does hate small business owners? Other small business owners and corporations. We actively seek out and try and squash small businesses so we can remove competitors. You know who likes small business owners? People who don't support big businesses, like hippies.

You know that's what good families do, they work together for the common good. Sometimes that means sacrificing personally. Liberals really don't get that sacrifice is the key to success.

"Liberals" like to think that the country is one big family. That said; those who can sacrifice should sacrifice for the good of the whole family.

See guys? Varrus is a fuzzy-hearted socialist, after all.

There is no choice. Every ******* at the top of a corporation leeches off the talents of the people who work under him.

Ash,

It's obvious don't fully comprehend what leeches are so I'll give you a pass.

A parasite. A drain on the system. A taker but not a giver.

Ash,

So these corporations and businesses force these people to work for free?

It starts falling apart when you actually know that words have meanings doesn't it?

You just keep on dancing all around the point. I'm sure you've done a pirouette at some point.

If the head of a corporation has no more responsibilities in said corporation (as, you remember, you claimed is your main ambition), they are taking money from this company but giving nothing in return. Why is this so difficult?

Regardless of what they've done for the company in the past, they are now doing nothing and getting paid for it.

This is the disconnect. What the owner/ceo has done for the company in the past does have current value.

Yeah, it seems really odd to me that people would think that an owner shouldn't get be able to earn money from their company.

I do find Capitalism hilarious though. I bought a house a while ago, and currently live there and rent out a few of the rooms to help pay the mortgage faster.

But you can also look at it from this perspective. I had a bunch of money in the bank, and so I convinced three other people to buy me a house because they didn't have money. All I had to do was sign some documents, and lock my money away.

I'm talking about owners and CEO's. But you knew that and are just playing dumb. Sticking to what works best for you is always a safe plan.

Now I'm tempted to start selling insurance in Tennessee just to try and drive Varus out of business.
