What about pirated kiddie **** movie sites?

I can see where present property forfeiture could lead to an abuse of power. But I don't see it in that in this case. It's pretty clear the sites were the means for carrying out illegal activity. Technically, the perceived importance of the object being stolen shouldn't really be a factor in the degree of enforcement - that would be a pretty subjective way to do enforce our laws.

What happened to the FBI though - I'd of thought this would be their gig??
