Nope, sorry, my relatives are all GOPosaurs out in North Dakota.
As for the poor lady in the YouTube video, I consider her a product of Bush's failed No Child Left Behind policies (which quickly turned into "No child left untested. Ever. Errr . . . unless the tests cost too much, then we'll delay them so long that the child has to be held back a year because of dyslexia.")

I live about 20 minutes north of Milwaukee and I've never heard of Peggy West. Probably because she's apparently only a district supervisor covering 1/12th of the city. She graduated from MATC, so if you're from WI you'll probably understand why she's an idiot.
Then again, read through just about any of the comments on that youtube page and they all sound equally as derpy.

Well, I took some classes at MATC (the Madison one, not Milwaukee. All part of the technical college system here) and they were pretty lol.

No I meant a plan. Words do have meanings. I perused that site and from what I could tell all Obama's plan entails is throwing more money at the current system.

You mean, even though it was underfunded, didn't work at all, and is now basically ignored by most major school systems?
Yep, sounds like a Republican "prove that government doesn't work" plan all right.
NCLB was basically a wrapped gift to the corporations that do school testing. By requiring that kids take a standardized test almost every year, school systems had to invest huge amounts of money into training adjutants, paying for the tests (they're not cheap), and preparing the kids to take the tests (also not cheap.) Where did that money go? Why, right into the pockets of those testing companies.
