Had you just said "Look, I know fuck all about how they get it but some do get jobs and welfare so obviously it's possible" then I doubt anyone would have said a peep.
You didn't just type that with a straight face Mr. "Provide me peer reviewed sources or you're wrong". Seriously? You would have been the first one to "peep". Heck. I could write your response for you. Half the people on this forum could. It's that predictable.
It's a reasonable statement to make, which is why I'd severely doubt that you'd ever make it. If you had it would have been a rare moment of agreement.

Instead, you drone on with hyperbole and no evidence to back any of your outlandish claims, continuing to spin a web of nonsense only to turn around and finish with "Hey now that doesn't make sense, does it? Think about it..." in a hypocritical act of what you must think 'gotcha' journalism is.

Fuck yourself.

He's practicing for the baby. Granted, he's done it before but Joph Jr. is out of diapers (I'm assuming).

The problem with that law is that the "listB, and ListC" documents aren't tracked and are relatively easy to fake. There's also no copies of the documents made

Not required, true; but certainly allowed. In my personal experience as an employee and employer over the last 25 years, these documents have always been copied and kept with the employed persons' files. Failure to do so on the part of the employer is functionaly retarded, particularily because the effort to do so is so small.

I usually enjoy reading the back and for but it bugs me when gbaji makes a completely false statement. It has been the law in the US since 1986 (Immigration Control and Reform Act) that every employer complete a form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification form) for every hire. An employer is subject to a $200,000 fine for each violation.
Funny, and Xsarus was insisting that there were no immigration reforms focused on the companies who hire illegals. So there's a $200,000 fine for the company, but what happens to the employee? Anything?
That's funny, I thought I posted that the majority of what I hear about immigration reform is focused on the individual. I am however sorry that I missed a bill passed back when I was a kid. But I guess that's insisting about an absolute point if you can make an argument against it AMIRIGHT?! Smiley: oyvey

My employer made copies of the documents I provided when I started work.

But prior to being hired full time, when I was in college I worked there for a few summers. The first summer I didn't have the copy of my Social Security Card and they just told me to bring it in at a later time and filled out the paperwork anyway.

I never presented my actual SS card when I was hired by the university. It is locked away at my parents house in the fireproof safe with all the other valuables. Instead I just had my parents fax a copy of it and that was it.
