Well, PWC showed they don't account for most of the crime there since violent crimes have gone up since the immigrant population started leaving.
Maybe the locals are upset that their home values have dropped 50%, half their block is in foreclosure and there's shuttered restaurants and strip malls everywhere. That might make them violent.

Some of them. Depends on what you need to sign up and the local standards (a state program might require something different from a county program or a federal program).

My experience with the majority of people I've met who are on welfare is that they are white, single, trailer trash baby mamas. Basically, ugly Britney Spears who didn't have a fortune made from being a cute ex-Mouseketeer with a good marketing team to fall back on.
