No, I don't need any. I already have the exact same sort of incident, if not worse so since at least this guy didn't have to pay off nearly a quarter-million dollars to avoid justice unless this woman did when she attacked some woman. If the best defense you have for violent criminal assault is "No videotapelololol!!!" you might as well just admit that you have no defense at all.

In the grand scheme of political import, I suspect that a video clip of an elected official manhandling a young person who was attempting to ask him a question goes a hell of a lot farther than vague statements about an altercation in an executive boardroom 3 years ago by people who weren't in the room when it happened.
But feel free to try to make some sort of equivalence...

Of course they are. Are you saying it's okay to physically assault someone in a boardroom but not if you're asked questions on the street or something? Assaulting someone is wrong if you're a House Rep but we can just kind of ignore it and say it's not really a big deal if you're a CEO who later runs for governor? Personally, I'd say both are wrong. Of course I also think neither is enough to really throw a tizzy about but if you're going to throw a tizzy about one, you should be throwing one about both.

I'm saying that there's a world of difference between allegations of something which may have been an assault 3 years ago for which the only evidence we have is off the record statements by people who weren't in the room, and a video of someone manhandling another person last week.
