Regarding the original post - not a lot to say, really. Students stuck a camera in his face and started asking him questions, he pointed the camera to the ground and demanded to know who they were. Sounds like bidness as usual to me.

That's f'ucking hilarious.
Sticking a camera in his face was him walking up to where they were (on the sidewalk, in plain sight), getting in their face.
Pointing the camera to the ground was him smacking the camera out of their hands.
Demanding to know who they were was grabbing the cameraman's wrist, restraining him and trying to force him to identify himself.
If that's business as usual, when will we see him charged?

Lack of outrage over a meaningless event 3000 miles outside my sphere of any possible influence may or may not be apathy.
In my case it is, I suppose, a qualified apathy. No one was hurt, and if they are I'm hardly close enough to give them a band-aid.. I can't vote this guy out of office or campaign to keep him in.

Liberals only have apathy towards things like this. Show them an illegal alien, and their children, getting deported if you want to see real outrage from them. Or better yet tell them the govn is monitoring communique from known sponsors of terror to the US that'll really get their panties in a wad.

Honestly, I'd have more sympathy for the kids if they had come up with a better first question than "Do you support the Obama agenda?" Of course a Democratic Congressman is going to get annoyed by such a vague question that isn't even really about him. Why not, "What are your positions on economic reforms? Do you support the AZ immigration law? What do you think should be done about the oil spill?"
If they're high school students, then the Congresscritter needs to get a reality check (and possibly jail time for assaulting a minor.) If they're college students, then, well, they're idiots and deserve to flunk their class.

No, it's not acceptable. Their parents have all the right to sue if they're under 18. They themselves have all the right to sue if they're over 18.
