Looks likes Barry "accidentally" offered another Government job to get someone to drop out of a race.

Hey do you libs remember back in 08 when Barry and his friends in the media were selling you an image? Promising you all that he was the "one" you were all waiting for? Do you guys remember that? Well we are more than a year into this joke of a presidency and Barry has yet to walk on water. What happened?

The water is all full of oil now. Barry doesn't want to get his shoes dirty.

You have this nasty habit of choosing articles that rebut your own arguments. Besides which, as established in the last thread, there's nothing illegal about this.

I'm imagining that jailbait Britney's transformation is what turned Bard away from women?

That's more of a stretch than the marks left on Britney's body after her kid and binge eating.

My dad pounds this "Obama as a Political Messiah" into my head over and over. It is rather old, dead, and still beaten. Poor horsey! :p He's just a person like everyone else in the United States. We just elected him to be one of our nation's leaders is all. "Blah, blah, Kenya!" the ultra-right love to jeer, but wait... Didn't Kenya not exist when Barack was born? "His birth certificate was never shown by the Dems!" Mmm, Hmm... I thought they did show it, but it was ignored even though it was shown point by point how it could not be a forgery. Bah. Never have I thought to be part of a nation full of people that should be in the psych wards all across the nation. :p If you hate him, find a legitimate reason, and state the facts. Don't just spew garbage that makes you look more like you're foaming at the mouth, stark raven mad.

He's just a man, and is as fully capable of good and evil just like the rest of us. Now whether or not he and previous presidents are just puppets is up to the conspiracy nuts to discuss. :p

#12gbaji, Posted: Jun 02 2010 at 8:39 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Him moreso than others, I suspect. The point is that every high level politician is going to some degree be the product of the people and groups that helped get him to where he is. Don't you think it's maybe relevant that we look at who those people were in this case? Cause in the case of Bush, you could look at his family connections, right? You could see where his positions came from and how he was groomed for the position he ultimately obtained. No real secrets there. We could say the same about the Clintons. They worked their way up through the political system within the Democratic party in Arkansas, and used that to propel them further. We can look at the careers of all presidents and clearly state which groups they worked with and are/were presumably influenced by. Yet, when we do this with Obama, we're told it's just crazy conspiracy talk.

Actually, I'm largely pleased as punch. You could go back through the previous election threads and see that he's hitting most of the things I wanted from him as president and his term isn't half over yet.

Granted, I never said I wanted him to walk on water and single-handedly heal the partisan divide so maybe that's why you're confused.

I have a birth certificate, that was issued at the hospital the day I was born. It has my right footprint on it even. I took it to the post office about 10 years ago to apply for a passport. It was rejected. They told me I needed a 'Certificate of Live Birth' issued from the town hall in the city I was born in.
